            Bug ID: 458790
           Summary: libkf5akonadicalendar-bin package isn't marked as a
dependency for KOrganizer suite on KDE Neon, resulting
                    in no notifications being shown
           Product: Reminder Daemon
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: thebluequasar at mailo.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Kalendarac needs libkf5akonadicalendar-bin package to run, but it isn't marked
as a dependency for Kalendar, KOrganizer or Akonadi calendar libraries on KDE
Neon (User), and thus won't be installed when KOrganizer gets installed. This
results in no notifications being shown on desktop, since Kalendarac cannot
run.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On KDE Neon, try to install KOrganizer (or Kalendar) or just check their
dependencies, from the command line or your graphical package manager.
2. libkf5akonadicalendar-bin isn't marked as a dependency and won't be
installed when trying to install KOrganizer or Kalendar.

EXPECTED RESULT
libkf5akonadicalendar-bin should be marked as a dependency for KOrganzier and
Kalendar, since an essential functionality of these applications depends on
them. Without it, Kalendarac won't run and notifications can't be delivered.
