You can close this bug. After having lost so much information with the
combination of akonadi and kmail2, I've given up after over 20 years using
KDEPIM. The frontend of the application is still the most usable you can find.
But the backend implementation of the protocol stack and the caching itself are
not ready for use if one has more than a very small private email stack. I
would even go so far to say that the kmail from KDE3 is still better.
