STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a iCal subscription to a caldav (i am using mailbox.org)
2. Fetch calendar items from the caldav (dav.mailbox.org)


OBSERVED RESULT

Only fetches user created calendars and all the calendars that are iCal
subscriptions are ignored
EXPECTED RESULT
Fetch all calendars (Same account and configuration worked fine on iOS
calendar/Android calendar and
