Confirmed for 22.04.1.

After changing the "Remind" period to 2 days
- The tool tip for a birthday and the details in the sidebar
  item viewer still show "Reminder: 1 day before the start".
- On akonadiconsole's browser tab, the raw payload for
  the birthday still contains "TRIGGER:-P1D".

This remains true even after a full restart.
