SUMMARY
when reading a longer email, I cannot scroll down by using my touchpad.
Scrolling with the mouse works, and scrolling the emails list with the touchpad
works, but within the email text it doesn't nor does it in the akkregator
article text. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open kontact mail component
2.  click on a longer email
3.  try to scroll down by using the touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
should be able to scroll down, as with the mouse

EXPECTED RESULT
doesn't
