what the "New Event" window looks like just after clicking the "Ok" button

SUMMARY
KOrganizer periodically stops allowing me to add new events to my calendar.
Nothing I have tried seems to allow a new event to go through to my calendar
while this bug is active. I have attached a screenshot of what the "New Event"
window looks like just after clicking the "Ok" button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Don't restart your computer for a few days.
2. Open the "New Event" window and fill in any info whatsoever for the event
details.
3. Click "Ok" or "Apply".

OBSERVED RESULT
The Ok and Apply buttons become gray and un-clickable and the "Calendar:" drop
down menu becomes highlighted. My calendar remains unchanged, it does not have
the event I just created in it. There are no error messages. There is no way to
continue from this point, the window has to be closed by cancelling edits.

EXPECTED RESULT
That the "New Event" window would close and the event I just filled in the
details for would be created and saved to my personal calendar.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kernel 5.16.11-2-MANJARO (64-bit)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Restarting my computer fixes this bug, until it comes back later.
