Confirmed. In fact, I am unable to import or export anything. The context menus
also don't work. Furthermore, adding an addressbook from a VCard file (File >
New > Add address book > VCard file) does add a new addressbook, but that
addressbook remains empty. Drag and drop does not work either.

My contacts seem to be locked into KAddressbook.
