SUMMARY
K-Mail does not print the images in an e-mail. "Print background color and
images" is checked in Settings -> Misc -> Printing


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get an e-mail with images referenced remotely
2. Print

OBSERVED RESULT
"Broken image" icon in print out

EXPECTED RESULT
E-mail printed with images viewable as when viewed in Kmail
