STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install kmail on mxlinux and some account wizard
2. create imap account
3. send email

OBSERVED RESULT
got the error:
Failed to transport message. Error during SSL handshake: error:1408F10B:SSL
routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number 

EXPECTED RESULT
email is sent

Windows: lol
