[Akonadi] [Bug 439631] Akonadi crashes often and sometimes it doesn't start up at all

I tracked this down to specifically akonadi_imap_resources crashing, makes
sense as it often (but not always) happens when I receive a new email. Sadly
imap crashing takes the whole of Akonadi with it...
