Kontact, configure modules for overview

SUMMARY
Since the update to 5.22 i'm missing a configuration feature.
In the menu - Kontact-Setup-Configure Kontact-Overview-Configure overview
modules, no more modules are displayed for selection. (see attachment)

These modules, e.g. (Mail, Notes, Tasks ...) which are normally displayed on
the far left side of Contact, can no longer be selected or deselected to be
displayed.
