SUMMARY
When i try to move a Mail from the message list to a folder in the folder list,
the folder list starts scrolling upwards until it reaches the top.
Dropping the mail to a folder is only possible once the scrolling completed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create folder list that is long enough to have a scroll bar
2. Scroll down
3. Move mail to folder in the bottom of the folder list

OBSERVED RESULT
Folder list starts scrolling upwards.

EXPECTED RESULT
No scrolling of folder list, except cursor is at top/bottom of list.
