Hello,
in the last versions Thunderbird can import/export his own backup file.
Can you please consider to add an option to import/export from/to this kind of
backup?

It would be useful to move the data from Thunderbird from Kmail and from Kmail
to Thunderbird.
This also allows to move the data from Snap/Flatpak to normal applications
