SUMMARY

If fetching of a feed fails for some reason (maybe bad feed URL), the "failed"
notification is closed very quickly, in maybe 1 second or so.  The user has no
opportunity to read any details, and may not even notice the failure
notification.  Please make the notification persist for 10+ seconds, or until
the user closes it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter bad URL for some feed.
2. Do "fetch feed" on that feed.

OBSERVED RESULT
3. See failure notification.
4. Notification will disappear in 1 second or so.

Perhaps this is done deliberately, in the case where user is fetching ALL feeds
?  Perhaps the behavior should be different when fetching a single feed.
