SUMMARY
The bug reporter in Kontact should allow me to report a bug against the
currently active component.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tell Kontact to open the Organizer!
2. Tell Kontact to report a bug!


OBSERVED RESULT
Kontact offers to report a bug against itself.

EXPECTED RESULT
Let Kontact offers to report a bug against the KOrganizer!
(IMHO, best achieved by adding another Help menu item)
