SUMMARY
When creating a new key, I get the error : 
error : cannot create keys, Inappropriate Ioctl() for device

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kleopatra
2. File : New Key
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
At the end : Key creation failed

EXPECTED RESULT
