Thanks for the bug report. I've just tested this on Akgregator 5.16.3 (20.12.3)
and I can navigate to the next or previous unread article with the + and - on
my number pad.

Can you please check and confirm if this is working for you?

I've set this bug to NEEDSINFO. When you reply, please change the bug back to
REPORTED so we know it's ready for investigation or RESOLVED/WORKSFORME if the
issue is now resolved.
