STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In System Settings -> Regional Settings -> Languages: install "American
English (default)"
2. In System Settings -> Regional Settings -> Spell check:
set default language to "American English"
and lower check only "British English" and "Deutsch"
3. In Kmail -> Configure -> Accounts -> Identities -> Edit Identitty ->
Advanced:
set Dictionay to "British English"
4. Create or select another Identity and set Dictionay to "Deutsch" for it
5. Open a new message, change the identity to the second one. And type
something.
6. Close the Composer discarding the message.
7. Open a new message do not change the identity and type an English word
"search", for example.
