Note: I couldn't select 5.17.2 in the version list, so I chose 5.17.3.

SUMMARY
Ampersand character shown in tooltip but not in button label. (I suspect this
is a bug in escaping tooltips, or someone made a mistake when making the
translation files?)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kontact and go to the mail section/component.
2. Hover over the "Check Mail" (すべてのメールをチェック(M))

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip shows "&M", but the button label shows "M".

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip and button label both show "M" in parentheses.
