Sadly, I can not reproduce it. I tried to logout several times, ensuring no
processes were running for my user, then login again - no reminders.
Event after a reboot (although I'm pretty sure that does not make any
difference) and login, no reminders.

I had the issue already a few times in the past, but since I very seldomly
logout or even reboot (every few weeks only), the chance is therefore already
rather low.
