Well, considering I threw out my DayRunner years ago at this point (finally
gave up trying to find a solution) I couldn't even tell you anymore.  I
probably would have had to run Sidekick or Lotus Organizer under Wine to get
the right output.

The most I could expect these days is for a 2-up printout on letter paper
(making 5.5" x 8.5" sheets to go in a mini-binder like I use for my writing
notebook).  But it has to allow for hole-punching to that binder size.
