            Bug ID: 431363
Summary: No folders shown on empty server side subscription
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 5.16.1
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: folders
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: ellenpapsch at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

I create IMAP account to access Microsoft Office 365. No folder shows up until
I activate at least one folder in the server side subscriptions dialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create IMAP server without any server side subscriptions (which seems to
have been the default with my account).
2. Apply and go to main window, wait for folders to show up.

OBSERVED RESULT
Folders never show up. Status says everything is fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
An account without any subscriptions is of little use. KMail should warn that
no folder is subscribed to and offer to open the subscriptions dialog.

macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS (Arch Linux Derivative)
