I can't reproduce this with KOrganizer 5.18.0, Frameworks 5.84.0, and QT
5.15.3.  Can you give me more details about your event?

What I did was create new events with
- start 2021-08-13 10:30 in timezone America/Winnipeg
- end 2021-08-13 11:30 same time zone
- repeats daily, every 1 day
- ends on 2021-08-15
- no exceptions

KOrganizer, Google Calendar's web interface, and Nextcloud"s web interface all
show the events on the 13th, 14th, and 15th.
