Just for explaining:
you click on url (mailto) it will call kmail as default.
KMail will parse url => I know that kmail need lower case
=> I use lowercase.
So it will not break if url changed.

If you click on url and you find a bug in kmail I can fix it.
but I will not fix for other apps.
