SUMMARY
System info: 
Kaddressbook 5.2.3.

Older system but appears to be running normally otherwise.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Yesterday new entries could be added and edited as expected.
Today: while Location & Notes tabs still behave as expected,
editing of Contact Tab has changed. 
Name and Nickname Fields behave normally, but in Phone, Web,
Messaging, and Email fields current
info is not displayed and new info cannot be entered.
(Existing info is still displayed normally outside the editor.)
