we see that Css is interpreted

Hello it's partly false. I would say kmail and korganizer get capacity to
interpret the message but fail to reach a complete good interpretation of an
Outlook calendar message.

If you click on the mid vertical bar of kmail viewer you can switch to HTML
then message is well interpreted but you don't have any button "check
calendar", "record", "send to trash" etc.
