SUMMARY
attachments of message saved in draft folder are lost

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. edit a message with (more than one) attachments
2. save as draft
3. reopen for editing or saving in outbox

OBSERVED RESULT
The reopened message is losing all but one attachments (the list of attachments
was complete when saved)

EXPECTED RESULT
the list of attachments should not change
