No more problem.

I saw a new feature in kmail settings in "editing" in "General"
in "signature": "insérer la signature au-dessus du texte cité"

I ckecked it. this solves  problem. No more need a custom model to answer.

It remains a light problem: a blank line between signature and quoted text
would be more elegant.
