I think https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406917 is related. I have it too.
The funny thing is that the number of the file is EXACTLY the same. I don't
think we have both stored the same event on different servers. I get 
parse error from icalcomponent_new_from_string. string= "<?xml version=\"1.0\"

That it is stuck on the same "file" name looks really fishy
