SUMMARY

When korganizer sends an e-mail with an invitation, the body of the e-mail is
created by IncidenceFormatter::MailBodyVisitor::visit(). It contains the start
and end date and time of the event, but doesn't display any time zone
information. The attached .ics file contains the time zone information, but a
casual glance at the e-mail may give incorrect time information to the
recipient. Including the time zone in the e-mail body would be useful.
