            Bug ID: 429928
Summary: Kmail Layout Error on Multimonitor Environments
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 5.14.2
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: UI
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: falk at email-ausdrucker.de
  Target Milestone: ---

destryed layout, when the main screen is on the right

SUMMARY
Sorry for the old Version of Kmail. At the moment I use Opensuse and I have no
time, to install something else.

Kmail doesnt display well on my multi monitor setup. Left the laptop screen,
right the external monitor. Native the laptop has 3840x2160, but I use
1920x1080, when the external monitor is plugged in. The external monitor has
3840x2160 and is the main display.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. multi monitor setup, main screen on the right
2. start kmail

OBSERVED RESULT
The layout is destroyed (look at the screen). I guess, the sub windows use the
global koordinates, the main window uses the main display koodinates. If I put
the 2nd screen virtually to the right and the 1st (=main) screen to the left,
then all works fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
Correct Layout, also when the main screen is on the right.
