Wrong html link for help button at Settings > Configure KMail > Accounts > Edit
Identity

Help button opens

OBSERVED RESULT

Help button URL has a typo and when fixed it does not load or redirect to any
help info pages. 


EXPECTED RESULT

Help button should have the correct link.
