SUMMARY
I've only noticed this bug recently (since a week ago).
Despite attachments showing up correctly through the web interface we use at
work (Roundcube, Ensignia and Afterlogic), KMail does not seem to fetch the
name of the attachment, and it does not show up in the header regardless of
header theme or attachment view.
This bug doesn't occur with all attachments, only a few.
