I have a similar issue:
completely new installation of manjaro kde and kontact.
My nextcloud DAV groupware resource also doesn't show up. I am usingthe same
configuration on another machine (neon) and it works.
Also it isn't manjaros fault, a few days ago the manjaro machine run neon and
it had the same problem.
