Yes, if the symbols found at runtime don't match the ones used for building
these applications, they won't start.

the kcontacts version in openSUSE Tumbleweed is 5.63.0. If you still have
19.08.1, you need to downgrade the packages (zypper dup would have done that
for you)

So: check the libKF5Contacts5 version.
