Kmail mail list colouring in breeze dark

SUMMARY
The colour of read emails is brighter than unread emails. This is a regression
from v19.08.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kmail
2. View the mail list for the inbox or a folder that contains both read and
unread emails.

OBSERVED RESULT
Read emails are a brighter colour than unread emails.

EXPECTED RESULT
Unread emails should be a brighter colour than read emails.
