[kaddressbook] [Bug 405812] Impossible to retrieve top row of instructions such as 'file'

Thanks for your email.

Remove the top line of things like 'file' etc, is an option. But I can't get
back to having 'file' etc.

I enclose a screenshot of what I am stuck with.

Incidentally, when I asked for kaddressbook to not show the top row it came up
with a message giving me instructions on how to restore the top row. But I
can't remember what they were. It was some key combination.
