SUMMARY
I removed the top row of instructions - file, etc etc. And cannot get them
back. How can I do that. There isn't a way withing the program to do that.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch kaddressbook
2. Choose to remove the top row of instructions like file etc.
3. Get stuck and cannot reinstate them

OBSERVED RESULT

I tried doing a full remove and purge. But when I reinstall I am still stuck
with the reduced version.

There should be an easy way to toggle between with and without the top row.
