Deleted and reconfigured? No, not at all. I've been running this setup has been
running for 3 or 4 years now without any major change.

Is the "set the template folder" option new? All my accounts have it set as
"Local Folders". I certainly haven't set them to that. I don't remember being
aware of this setting, but it's possible I've just forgotten. This *might* be
the first time I've attempted to use a template.
