second valgrind run, with error-limit=no

Second valgrind run:

valgrind --error-limit=no --track-origins=yes --num-callers=50 kmail &>
404052-kmail-valgrind.log

KMail actually crashed. It did not in the first run.

I also installed some additional debug packages, but I still missed some, as I
was not aware of "find-dbgsym-packages" from Debian package "debian-goodies".

I am uploading in the hope that it may still be enough to pin-point the issue.
I may have a go with all debug packages installed later this week, but for now
I have enough of a KMail that is so slow it that I can see each rendering
operation in slow motion.
