SUMMARY
Can't move appointments of 30 minutes with mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Creante a new appointmente of 30 minutes
2. Try to move it with the mouse


OBSERVED RESULT
You get the cursor to change the length of the appointment but you can't get
the normal cursor that enables you to click and drag.
One workaround is change de duration to 1 hour, move it, then shrink it again.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should be able to click and drag the appointment without changing the size,
regardless the duration of the appointment.
