Not yet. But I did visit https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-doc-english 
and joined that mailing list. I looked at some of the documentation pages, and 
I see they are just HTML code. Sort of messy HTML code, in my opinion -- I 
suppose people use some sort of WYSIWYG editor to create it.

I shall try to get involved. Thank you for the suggestion, Carl.
