Hello.
I don't use a proxy server and I don't have the ad blocker plugin enabled.
After some tests, I think that the error is caused after resuming from
hibernation. I installed kdebugsettings and I get this error:

kf5.syndication: Retriever error: 114

This time a could fetch my feeds after manually clicking on the "Fetch All
Feeds" button, but auto update didn't work.

Note:
