is related. Apparently Akonadi EWS can get completely stuck after not
respecting a:ErrorServerBusy.

(BTW for me it is complete news to me that a mail or groupware server can
report that it is busy. My private Dovecot IMAP/POP3 *never* *ever* did that.
And it points out that there is an issue Microsoft might be responsible for –
unless Akonadi EWS is doing something excessive here. However, also if the
error means that Microsoft failed to allocate sufficient resources for the
service, it still would be good that Akonadi EWS respects it.  :)
