SUMMARY
The deb package for kleopatra currently requires gnupg2. This is a transitional
dummy package that just provides symlinks to gpg.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apt depends kleopatra

OBSERVED RESULT
kleopatra

EXPECTED RESULT
