SUMMARY
Can't add Gmail account. 
Since the application did not pass the Google test.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add account 
2. Enter a gmail.
3. In browser google authenticate 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Signing in with your Google Account is temporarily blocked for this
application.
You cannot log in to the application using your Google Account."
