Also occurred on:
Kubuntu 18.04.3
KDE Plasma Version:5.12.8 
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0
Qt Version: 5.9.5

Happens since 2019-08-08. When I tried to recreate Gmail resource I run into
Bug 404990.
