thank you for following this issue attentive until it's resolve.
Sorry for my late reaction.
My bad, that I still use the same Version as 5 years ago on one legacy
installation.
I am sure, that both gjditchfield at acm.org and Martin Steigerwald correctly
realized, that this bug doesn't affect any more the newer versions. A quickly
check on an fresh install let me see the same

So please close this bug report as fixed, with a big thanks
