SUMMARY
entries are not previewed/printed in week mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select a week 
2. menu: print/preview
3. set print style = week
4. set print layout as timetable view (or split week) 
5. set exclusions or not

OBSERVED RESULT
The preview and the printout show only very few entries and with no respect to
the set exclusions 
(filofax page works though)

EXPECTED RESULT
see/print all entries as selected
