I seem to have fixed the issue by recreating my Kolab account as a generic IMAP
server instead of the Kolab Groupware (which was setup in a unique way since
there's another bug that prevents username/password from being entered when
configuring Kolab Groupware via Kmail.  Account was set up in the Notes section
of Kontact then updated in Kmail settings)
